RETURN POLICY

Returns
We do not accept returns due to the way your order is made. every item is made to order. printed-on-demand means it is created just for you, made exclusively for that one customer at a time.   

If your ADHD powered item arrives damaged, please email us at allybrookedesigns@gmail.com with photos and we will be more than happy to fix the issue, with an exchange or store credit. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can use your order summary email, or packing slip.  We are not responsible for items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not made by our error.

Our policy lasts 8 days. If 8 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

Refunds
All items are made to order just for you. we sadly can not accept returned items. But we do offer store credit and exchange for all damaged or defective items, thank you for understanding. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item due to damage, send us an email at allybrookedesigns@gmail.com.
